We have a contract for you which outlines your and my responsibilities, and confirms your date into my schedule. After you’ve decided to have me be your photographer, I’d like to meet with the couple to agree on the “can’t be missed” list of photos (view partial list here) and confirm final arrangements and timing of your ceremony. I will have my main camera and 3 back up cameras. I also am a member of the Professional Photographers Guild of Colorado Springs where I could call on fellow members to substitute for me in case of an emergency on my part. God forbid that will ever happen! But in that rare occasion, I have back up photographers! |
